What is The Willingness Project?
The Willingness Project was created around a simple belief: strong communities are built by people who are willing to show up.
TWP works at the intersection of community development, civic engagement, leadership, and advocacy. We connect people, ideas, organizations, and resources to address the issues affecting everyday communities.
Our work is centered on helping communities move from awareness to action - developing leaders, creating opportunities for engagement, supporting emerging voices, and building practical solutions to local challenges.
None of that works without trust. We build real relationships with the people communities already trust - pastors, block captains, local leaders - and create genuine opportunities for residents to shape the decisions that affect them, not just hear about them after the fact.
